A perfect appetizer or party snack, our Easy Balsamic Bruschetta comes together in just minutes with a few simple ingredients!
Easy Balsamic Bruschetta
Hi friends! Last summer I was with my nieces as we watched the finale of the Bachelorette (finale party!) and they made dinner. It was amazing: Jayda made Chicken Parmesan and Josie made a large Pizookie for dessert, and to start it all off, we had the most amazing Bruschetta. I haven’t had bruschetta in years, since my days of happy hour at Postino’s (a wine bar) pre-kids. Boy did this tasty appetizer bring me back! So I asked my niece Josie how she made it so I could share it with you!
Bruschetta Ingredients
The recipe couldn’t be simpler, that’s why I knew you all would love it just as much as I do!
- Baguette slices
- Mozzarella pearls
- Cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic vinegar
- Butter
- Italian seasoning
How to Balsamic Bruschetta
First, you’re going to want to lay out your slices of baguette onto a baking sheet, cover generously with butter and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Set those under the broiler on low until the slices are golden and toasty.
While the slices are in the oven, slice up your cherry tomatoes into halves, so that they’re easier to stack onto the baguette slices.
Once the slices are out of the oven, top them with your cherry tomato halves and mozzarella pearls. Then drizzle each slice with a little balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
And just like that, your Easy Balsamic Bruschetta is ready to serve!
It really is an easy and delicious appetizer…a prelude to a delicious Italian dinner, a happy hour side to go with your wine or a fancy game day snack! I wouldn’t even blame you if you whipped up a few for dinner (I may have done that a time or two). So give the Bruschetta a try and let us know what you think!
