HI friends! Am I the only one who is rushing around trying to figure out what to feed my family on a busy week night? With school back in session and fall sports in full swing having time to cook a big meal is just not happening. Insert the magical kitchen tool, the Instant Pot! This meal is quick, delicious, and most importantly a crowd pleaser! Add a salad and some garlic bread and dinner is served! Since there is only so much time, let’s get to the recipe…Instant Pot Spaghetti!
Instant Pot Spaghetti ingredients
Pasta night is good any night! Here’s what you’ll need to throw together a super quick dinner in your handy Instant Pot:
- ground beef
- tomato sauce
- diced tomatoes
- Rotel
- sliced mushrooms
- tomato paste
- Italian seasoning
- sugar
- salt
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- linguine
- Parmesan cheese
How to Make Instant Pot Spaghetti
Add all ingredients except linguine, one can of the tomato sauce and half of the tomato paste.
Set pressure cooker to manual setting for four minutes. When finished, do a quick release.
When the quick release has finished, open up the pot and add in linguine (broken in half), the second can of tomato sauce, and the remainder of the tomato paste.
Push the pasta down into the rest of the sauce and break it up a little.Put the pressure cooker lid back on, set back to pressure and do a manual setting for 6 minutes.
After another quick release, add some Parmesan cheese and parsley to garnish, if desired.

Instant Pot Spaghetti

- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 2 15oz cans of tomato sauce, divided
- 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 10 oz can of Rotel (original)
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 6 oz tomato paste, divided
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 ounces linguine
