Spinach and Feta Frittata Ingredients
All of the recipes in my book have 5 ingredients or less! Outside of cooking spray, salt, pepper and water, all you need is:
- Eggs
- Milk or cream
- Fresh spinach
- Crumbled feta cheese
How to Make An Instant Pot Spinach and Feta Frittata
Spray a 6- or 6-inch round pan (whatever fits best in your Instant Pot) with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.s Add the feta cheese and stir to combine.
Put the spinach in the prepared pan, then pour the egg mixture over the spinach. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Place a trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot, then pour in 1 1/2 cups water. Place the pan on the trivet.
Lock the lid in place. Select Pressure Cook and adjust the pressure to High and the time to 15 minutes.
After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Once the float valve drops, open the lid and carefully remove the pan from the Instant Pot. Slice the frittata into 4 pieces and serve warm.

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons milk or cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
