Instant Pot Deviled Eggs
Hi friends! Easter is creeping up on us and before we know it we’ll be up to our ears in hard-boiled eggs. I love pulling out the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker to make large batches of eggs that are perfectly hard-boiled for my boys to color. Once the coloring fun is over we love to (easily peel, thank you Instant Pot) and whip up these delicious deviled eggs to serve with Easter dinner!

Here’s what you’ll need to whip up a batch of these yummy deviled eggs:
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
How to Make Instant Pot Deviled Eggs
This side dish couldn’t be more simple! I love cooking eggs in the Instant Pot because the egg shell peel so easily! First, add 1 cup water to the Instant Pot inner pot then add the eggs to a steaming basket or to the trivet over water.
Close the lid on the pressure cooker and turn the valve to sealing position and set to a manual high time for 5 minutes. When the cooking time has finished, do a natural release for 5 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure. Then, remove the eggs from the steamer basket and place them in an ice water to stop the cooking process. Once eegs are cooled, peel the shell off, slice the eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in a separate bowl. Next, mix the yolks together with remaining ingredients.
Then just pipe the yolk mixture into the egg halves and top with additional paprika or other toppings as desired.

- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- dash salt and pepper
