Tortellini Pasta Salad – a delicious Italian twist on the classic pasta salad. A real crowd-pleaser!

Are there any favorite recipes you enjoy? Anyhoo, I digress. So for this month I decided to recreate a Tortellini Pasta Salad recipe that my friend Kristi brings over for each get together. She snagged it from Pinterest years ago, and it’s a classic party fave!

Hi Kim, this looks amazing. My question to you; should this be served hot or cold?
So excited to try this.
Kimberly Sneed says
Hi Cheryl! I would say either cold or room temperature. Let the tortellini cool before tossing with the other ingredients and then you can either serve right away or refrigerate it for serving later. Hope that helps!
