How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork
There are a number of ways you can make pulled pork! If you’re in a hurry, you can try your hand at an Instant Pot Pulled Pork but for this round we cooked up a boneless pork loin in our slow cooker. Just pop your pork loin, a little water and a little salt and pepper and cook on low all day (around 7 hours). At that point, remove the pork loin from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker, add your Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauce and cook for another hour on low or until you’re ready to serve.
How to Make Tangy Mustard Slaw
After you add your Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Sauce to the pork is a great time to start your Tandy Mustard Slaw! In a small bowl, whisk together your white wine vinegar, sugar, French’s Mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Add that mixture to your cole slaw cabbage mix, toss and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
