Coconut Cream Martini
Hi friends! Happy National Coconut Torte Day! Whaaaat? That’s right, we’re taking a break from our regularly scheduled St. Patrick’s Day posts to bring you something just as important – our LOVE for all things coconut! Are you a coconut fan? I certainly am, so when the good folks over at Blue Chair Bay Rum asked if I wanted to try their coconut rum – the answer was YES! And for National Coconut Torte Day (March 13th), we just had to make a tasty dessert cocktail to celebrate. Our cocktail of choice? A Coconut Cream Martini. Simple and delicious!
Coconut Martini Ingredients
Now the KEY to this delicious martini is the rum, of course! Because there are so few ingredients, the rum really needs to be superior quality – that’s where Blue Chair Bay Rum comes into play! The coconut rum is packed full of flavor but smooth and easy to drink! Then just add in some half and half and quality vanilla and you’re good to go.
So celebrate National Coconut Torte Day with us and grab a bottle of Blue Chair Bay Rum! You can make our Coconut Cream Martini or any number of tasty cocktails!
