On June 19th, the battle for playtime begins. 🤠🚀 T On June 19th, the battle for playtime begins. 🤠🚀 Thanks to our friends at @disneystudios, @pixar, and @alliedglobalmarketing, we had the chance to screen Toy Story 5 early and it seems the toys still have a few lessons to teach us.

Toy Story 5 proves that this beloved franchise still has plenty of magic left, continuing to deliver decade after decade. Woody, Buzz, Jessie and the gang return for a timely faceoff between toys and technology, tackling an issue that many families are navigating today. In an age of screens, tech, and AI, the film thoughtfully explores not only what’s best for kids, but also the importance of real-world connections and friendships built around shared interests.

What makes the story work so well is that it approaches these challenges with nuance, never painting technology or traditional play as wholly right or wrong. Packed with heart, humor, and relatable family moments, Toy Story 5 is another worthy chapter in a truly remarkable series.

Definitely worth seeing on the big screen—grab your family, grab your toys, grab your tickets, and make it a movie night when Toy Story 5 arrives in theaters this weekend! 🍿🎬

That’s a wrap on Phoenix Fan Fusion this year! 💥 That’s a wrap on Phoenix Fan Fusion this year! 💥

We kept things a little lighter this time since not everyone could make it, but Adrian and Alex donned their Naruto fits and we still made a day of it.

We checked out the fun Fan Fusion pop-up and enjoyed lunch at @renhotelphx, wandered the vendor halls, admired all the incredible cosplay, and picked up a few goodies to bring home.

Maybe a smaller Fan Fusion than usual for us, but still a great day making memories together.

If you’re at Fan Fusion this weekend—or just happe If you’re at Fan Fusion this weekend—or just happen to be in Downtown Phoenix and looking for a delicious lunch or dinner—make a stop at @dustcutterphx inside @renhotelphx! 🍔

Dust Cutter is a locally inspired gathering place where thoughtfully crafted food and cocktails celebrate the flavors, culture, and creativity of Phoenix.

We started with the Smoked Brisket Empanadas and they were incredible. For my entrée, I ordered the Meat & Potatoes—ancho chile-braised short rib with housemade gnocchi, root vegetables, arugula, and horseradish crema. Alex went with the State 48 Smashburger, and Adrian enjoyed the Kids Smash Burger & Fries.

But the real star of the meal? 🍪 The “Ginormous Cookie” topped with vanilla ice cream. The boys are still talking about it and honestly, I get it.

We can’t say enough good things about the food, the atmosphere, and the staff (ask for Rhonda!). Everything was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back.

Have you been to Dust Cutter yet? 🙌
