Homemade Ice Cream Cookie Cakes

I made the adorable little tags on the milk jars with a self-inking stamp from Expressionery.  It is among the newest designs I have on stamps there and it is called the Love Baked Custom stamp.  I also used twine and straws to decorate from The Bakers Party Shop.  I love their store.  They have so many fantastic things for baking and decorating baked goods from sprinkles to packaging to baking ware.  Because black with white polka dots is my jam, I LOVE these straws madly.

To make the Ice Cream Cookie Cakes, I sandwiched ice cream between two sugar cookies then topped them with whipped cream, caramel and SPRINKLES!

They are amazing!  I think an ice cream cookie is even better with cold milk!
