Easy Beer Cheese Dip
Hi friends! The Big Game is right around the corner and from the looks of it, y’all are planning some tasty game-day appetizers! I’m a huge fan of appetizers, I think it’s the BEST way to eat! Small plates of everything good and tasty. And today I have a fun recipe to share with you for some Cheesy Beer Dip that is perfect for your game day crowd.
Beer And Cheese Dip Ingredients
Just some cheese, beer and seasoning and you have yourself one tasty dip!
- Cream cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite lager beer (I used Budweiser)
- Garlic Salt
How to Make Beer Cheese Dip
Simply add all your ingredients to a medium sized saucepan and heat on medium heat and stir until all the flavors combine!
Once melted, transfer your Cheesy Beer Dip to a bowl (I recommend a mini warming crock, those things are gold) for dipping and serve with warm soft pretzels. There’s nothing better! I found these perfect small-sized soft pretzels in the frozen section of my local grocery store. Aren’t they perfect?! Big pretzels or pretzel bites would work just as well.

Made with just a few simple ingredients, this Easy Beer Cheese Dip is easy to make and a delicious appetizer your guests will love!
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Lager Beer
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Instructions

Melt cream cheese in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, beer, and garlic salt.

Heat, stirring continually until all the cheese is melted.

Pour the hot cheese mixture into a bowl for dipping.

Serve with warm, soft pretzels.
