Hi friends! St. Patrick’s Day is almost here! And I don’t know about you, but I always love a fun holiday to celebrate. We don’t typically do too much, but fun themed treats are always a great way to get into the spirit of holidays with your little ones. And since we LOVE all things easy around here, today’s St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Treats are made with all store-bought ingredients.
You heard me: nothing to bake here! Now if you wanted to make homemade brownies, frosting and more – you are more than welcome to! I just know that we run out of time around here so store-bought semi-homemade treats is the way to go.
St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Ingredients
Here’s all you need to make these adorable St. Paddy’s Day Brownie Bites…
- Mini Brownie Bites (Homemade or Purchased)
- Chocolate Frosting
- Rainbow Sour Belts
- Wilton’s Gold Confetti Sprinkles
How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Bites
1. Place frosting in a quart size baggie. Snip the corner and pipe on a pile of frosting in the center of the brownie.
2. Shake on the on confetti sprinkles.
3. Take the sour belts and cut into 1-2 inch strips.
4. Place a dollop of frosting towards the back center of the brownie. Then add a little frosting on the bottom edge of the candy strip. Place the strip in front of the frosting and push down a little. This will allow the rainbow to stand up and not fall over.
5. Enjoy these fun St. Paddy’s Day treats!

Ingredients
