Hi friends! St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, so we’re loading up on St. Paddy’s Day treats and fun-filled eats! One of the things I love about this time of year are all the fun shamrock treats and MINT-filled sweets! I’m a mint lover, how about you? Give me a good mint chocolate chip ice cream and I’m a happy girl.
And let’s talk a minute about fudge. I think fudge is just the most perfect treat because it’s so simple, only requires a few ingredients (that we usually have in our pantry) and is practically fool-proof. It’s also a treat I love making with the kiddos. They love to sprinkle in fudge toppings! And this Andes Mint Recipe for fudge is no exception.
Andes Mint Fudge Ingredients
The fudge basics are here…plus a few additions to take this fudge to a mint-chocolatey new level!
- Semi sweet chocolate chips
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Andes mint baking chips
- Mini chocolate chips
How to Make Andes Mint Chocolate Fudge
Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the semi sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Allow to sit for another minutes before whisking. If not melted, place in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Pour fudge into baking dish.
Sprinkle the baking chips and mini chocolate chips over the top.
Place on the counter to set over night or chill in the refrigerator until set. Cut into 1 inch squares and enjoy!

- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Andes mint baking chips
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the semi sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
