These Rudolph Peanut Butter Blossoms are a fun and easy treat to whip up for your cookie plate or Christmas parties!

Hi friends! everybody’s favorite cookie is peanut butter and their favorite reindeer is Ruldoph, right? I know I’m not the only one so these cookies are a win! I love making a cute themed cookie with a classic twist and there is nothing more classic than a peanut butter cookie.. well except for a chocolate chip cookie, haha.
Recipe Ingredients
Super simple ingredients!
- butter
- creamy peanut butter
- light brown sugar
- granulated sugar
- egg
- vanilla extract
- milk
- all purpose flour
- baking soda
- salt
- red peanut M&M’s
- small candy eyes
- pretzel twists
How to Make Rudolph Peanut butter blossoms
1. Preheat your oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat your softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar together until creamy.
3. Mix in your egg, milk, and vanilla extract
4. In a separate mixing bowl, add your flour, baking soda and salt and mix
5. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until you have a thick dough.
6. Form your dough into small balls, roll into your sugar, and place onto your baking sheet
7. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
8. Press a red M&M’s onto the bottom center of each cookie.
9. Break a pretzel in half, dab the ends in frosting and stick into the top of your cookies.
10. Dab a little frosting onto the back of two candy eyes and stick them above the red M&M’s nose.
And there you have it, seriously the CUTEST and easiest Rudolph Peanut Butter Blossoms around!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar for rolling
- Red peanut M&M’s
- Small candy eyes
- Pretzel twists
