Perfect for holiday entertaining, this Christmas Coffee Punch is easy, festive and delicious! Just a few simple ingredients and this punch will be the talk of the party!

Hi friends! Can you believe that Christmas is right around the corner?! It’s honestly my most favorite time of year because everything is decorated and festive. Lights on the trees and in the yard, Christmas music on the radio and movies on the TV – during this time of year I’m all in! Even my coffee gets the holiday treatment with the switch to International Delight’s Holiday Creamers like Peppermint Mocha and Frosted Sugar Cookie. Seriously, they’re the best!

Every year my Mom has us over for Christmas breakfast. It’s probably one of the meals I look forward to the most. Breakfast is my favorite, and she does an amazing job. Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, potatoes – oh man it’s so good! She handles it all, so this year I thought I’d come up with a great drink we could bring! And this Christmas Coffee Punch is it! It’s not too strong on the coffee or coffee taste for those who are more froo-froo coffee drinkers (like some of my nieces), it features International Delight Peppermint Mocha Creamer so naturally it tastes like Christmas, and it’s topped off with peppermint ice cream and crushed candy canes so it’s festive and FUN!

And it’s a breeze to whip up:

Christmas Coffee Punch

Ingredients

1 cup International Delight Peppermint Mocha creamer
1/2 gallon whole milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp instant coffee granules
1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
Crushed candy canes and marshmallow fluff for garnishing mugs

Instructions

Heat 1 cup of water (on the stovetop or in the microwave) and add 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tbsp instant coffee granules until dissolved.
Refrigerate coffee syrup until ready to serve!
In a large punch bowl or pitcher add coffee syrup, 1 cup International Delight Peppermint Mocha creamer and half gallon of whole milk and stir to combine.
Top punch with scoops of peppermint ice cream.
For festive topped mugs, coat rims with marshmallow fluff and dip into crushed candy canes.
Fill mugs with Christmas Coffee Punch and enjoy!
