These Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are a family favorite – a classic chocolate chip cookie with a hint of delicious oatmeal! This post is in partnership with and sponsored by The Great American Milk Drive; all opinions are my own.

Hi friends! There’s nothing quite like baking during the holidays. I grew up in a home where there were always plenty of goodies and the smell of cookies in the oven during this time of year. Such great memories. But did you know that something as sweet and simple as milk and cookies is beyond the reach of families throughout the country? That’s why this season we’re teaming up with The Great American Milk Drive!

Milk is one of the most-requested, yet least-donated food bank items. On average, families receive the equivalent of less than 1 gallon per person per year, really limiting children’s access to the essential nutrients milk provides. While most think of donations as non-perishable items, there IS A WAY for you to donate milk! In partnership with Feeding America — the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization — The Great American Milk Drive turns your online donations into gallons of milk for families in your local community! So with the help of my kids this month we held a Bake Sale & Share to raise funds.

For the bake sale we whipped up a family favorite – these Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re so versatile, some of us like them with no chocolate, with chocolate chips or even with some mini M&Ms! Any which way you make them, they’re sure to be a hit. Here’s the recipe we used, that will make PLENTY of cookies for your Bake Sale & Share!
