Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes Ingredients
There’s nothing like delicious mashed potatoes! Since there are so few ingredients in this recipe, my advice is to find the best potatoes you can. How do you pick good potatoes? Here are some things to avoid: cuts and blemishes, dark spots or bruises, wrinkled skin or green skin.
- Russet potatoes
- Sour cream
- Salt and pepper
