Lightly grease a covered baker with non-stick spray.

Break stale donuts into pieces and layer in the baker.

In a separate bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs, Shamrock Farms Cold Brew Coffee and Milk, cinnamon, and vanilla and whisk until combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the donuts.

Cover the baker with its lid, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Then remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes, or until custard is set and edges of the donuts are golden brown.
