Hi friends, Jen here for this months Late Night Snack!! This month I’m gonna share with you recipe that is from scratch but still pretty easy and believe me WORTH the hassle. Especially if you’re a salty/sweet combo loving fool like me! Let me introduce to you my Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies!
I created this recipe to use up the partial bag of chocolate and butterscotch chips I has leftover and then decided to throw in some kosher salt because I’m obsessed with salty sweet combinations.

Hi, I made these cookies last night {well actually I made them last weekend too but added 2 TBSP of salt & powder, rookie move}. My question, my cookies are brown due to the nutella. How are yours not brown?!?
When I created this recipe I used a full 1/2 cup of nutella but when it came time to make some for the photos I had to use a little less because I didn’t realize I was low but the flavor was better when I had more nutella so that’s the recipe I wanted to share and why mine are a little lighter.
Sounds delicious!
Thanks Phyrra!
These just came out of the oven and they are AMAZING.
So glad you enjoyed them Jess!
Yum yum yum! I am saving this recipe for sure! Sounds delicious thanks for sharing 🙂
