Hi friends! Do you looooove s’mores? Who doesn’t love s’mores?! Well today we have one fancy – and tasty – s’mores recipe for you: these Italian White Chocolate S’mores! Recently I headed down to my local World Market to pick up some of their tasty Italian Food items from their extensive Gourmet Food & Drink section to whip up a yummy meal in honor of their Gourmet Getaway Sweepstakes! Did you see what we made? The most delicious Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwich! But no Italian meal is complete without a dessert, right? So on that same trip I also picked up some goodies to make these gourmet s’mores! Here is what I grabbed from World Market:
Reko Dulce De Leche Pizzelle Cookies | Perugina White Chocolate Bar
That’s right! Seriously delicious white chocolate s’mores made from Italian Waffle Cookies and creamy Italian white chocolate. Mmmm…the recipe is simple:
Italian White Chocolate S'mores Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Reko Dulce De Leche Pizzelle Waffle Cookies
- 1/2 Perugina White Chocolate Bar
- 4 Stacker Marshmallows
Instructions
-
Simply layer one waffle cookie with 1/2 a white chocolate bar and 4 stacker marshmallows.
-
Place under broiler on low until marshmallows become a golden brown color.
-
Remove from broiler and add a waffle cookie on top.
And the result? These ooey gooey Italian White Chocolate S’mores are delicious!
So if you’re a fan of trying out new s’mores recipes, give this one a try! It’s the perfect sweet ending to a tasty Italian meal! Be sure to check out our Italian Grilled Cheese Recipe as well – made from awesome gourmet items from World Market too! Haha, they are good! I think with the flat marshmallows it helps to not be so overwhelming too!
