Hi friends! Fall is just around the corner, can you believe it? Our Summer has been full of popsicles and cool, refreshing drinks – but now it’s time to make that transition to all things pumpkin and apples and more! One of my favorite treats in the fall is caramel apples, with every topping imaginable. It just takes you back to when you were a kid and those large, caramel covered apples looked like heaven on a stick – right?! Well today I’m sharing a way to get that SAME great taste with much less fuss – Easy Caramel Apple Nachos! Maybe it’s the easy way out, but I think it’s just genius. Now you get caramel and candy goodies with each bite AND they are so much easier for the little ones to snack on and would be the PERFECT treat for a Fall party! And for your Fall parties, be sure to head down to your local World Market now for the BEST in Fall Harvest products – Fall Food & Drink and Fall Home Decor!
So I was doing my weekly rounds at my local World Market – YES I go there all the time – and I picked up everything I needed to make this tasty treat! I stared with Torani Caramel Sauce, that’s the key! Then for the toppings we picked up cookie brittle mix, mini Ghiradelli chocolate chips (aren’t they the cutest?), and peanuts. We crushed up the peanuts and used the cookies & cream crumble part of the brittle mix for tasty toppings! Now on to the fun stuff, the Easy Caramel Apple Nachos assembly! First you want to wash, core and slice your apples to make the “chips.” Then arrange them on a serving plate like so. A little tip to keep your apples from browning, especially if they’re sitting out for a party, soak them in cold water mixed with a couple tablespoons of honey prior to arranging on the plate!
Next up, you’re going to want to cover these babies in delicious Torani Caramel Sauce. Don’t be shy!
Then add your toppings. We have cookies & cream crumbles, mini chocolate chips and crushed peanuts – but really, the sky is the limit! Go wild with your favorite candies and nuts. YUM! And the result? Amazing and Easy Caramel Apple Nachos!

GENIUS! These are way too easy. I was just craving caramel apples and was thinking of making them for an upcoming gathering, but I will most definitely be making this instead. So much easier to make plus way easier to eat. Yum. Thanks for sharing!

These look amazing! Congrats on your From Dream to Reality hop feature – it was well deserved! I currently live in Hawaii and I’m really missing fall. These could be a great way to make it feel a little more ‘in season’ over here!

Add some toffe bits and whipped cream cheese. You won’t regret it.
