Hi friends! Today I’m excited to not only bring you a delicious and Easy Southwestern Burger recipe, but remember, each month on the 12th, 11 of my bloggy friends and I are bringing you a delicious and easy recipe, with a theme! And the theme this month is 12 Burger Recipes!
It’s not often that I make a burger from home. I’m honestly SO PICKY that I’m always afraid the burger won’t have enough flavor for my liking. But this Easy Southwestern Burger is definitely the exception! It was not ony so easy to put together, it was really tasty! I loved all the southwestern flavors that really brought the burger to life.
We started with a quarter pound of lean beef, added in some taco flavoring and grilled it up! Once it was ready, we topped it with pepper jack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and to top it all of, covered our buns with delicious chipotle mayo! We found a premade mayo that is just DELISH at Target, but you could also whip up your own if you feel so inclined!
Easy Southwestern Burger
Ingredients
- Sliced bun
- 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 slice pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
- 1 tbsp chipotle mayo
- Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the ground beef with taco seasoning, seasoning salt and pepper and shape into a hamburger patty.

Grill the patty according to your preferred wellness.

Cover the bottom hamburger bun with chipotle mayo, add hamburger patty, pepperjack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and cover with top bun with chipotle mayo. Enjoy!
