- 2 large cucumbers
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp dill
- Using your KitchenAid Spiralizer Attachment, spiralize your two large cucumbers and thinly slice half of a medium red onion.
- In a small bowl, combine water, white vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt and dill. Stir to combine.
- Toss cucumber spirals and onion slices in a large bowl and cover with dressing.
- Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
