Hi friends! I’ve always been a fan of grilled cheese sandwiches. Actually, anything cheese. But grilled cheese is right up there, tops in my book. There’s nothing like a grilled cheese and tomato soup to turn a bad day around. Right? Are you still here with me? If so, then you’re likely a fan like me. So last week I hit up our local Food Truck Friday and the grilled cheese truck! Oh my! The list was amazing. Because I couldn’t decide on just one, my co-worker Catherine and I each ordered different sandwiches and swapped half. Genius, right? And they were both – so good! So naturally I’ve been thinking about grilled cheese recipes ALL weekend. Obsessed. And that obsession has turned into one YUMMY list. What else could we pair with bread and cheese…

I am a huge lover of grilled cheese. I made a Chicken, Bacon and Smoked Gouda grilled cheese and it was my favorite so far. You really can’t go wrong with grilled cheese. Unless you burn it and that should be a crime! 😉
Oh! My! Gosh! My aunt and uncle use to laugh at me when I was a kid and would stay with them because all I ever wanted was a grilled cheese sandwich. I also like you want to try all 25 of them. I so agree, there is nothing better than a grilled cheese w/ a bowl of tomato soup. Have you ever made a bowl of tomato soup and added some cooked kraft mac and cheese to it…… Oh!!!!!! it is delicious!!!!

Those are some great grilled cheese sandwiches, especially the roasted broccoli one. A great list indeed.
