Hi friends! I’ve always been a fan of grilled cheese sandwiches. Actually, anything cheese. But grilled cheese is right up there, tops in my book. There’s nothing like a grilled cheese and tomato soup to turn a bad day around. Right? Are you still here with me? If so, then you’re likely a fan like me. So last week I hit up our local Food Truck Friday and the grilled cheese truck! Oh my! The list was amazing. Because I couldn’t decide on just one, my co-worker Catherine and I each ordered different sandwiches and swapped half. Genius, right? And they were both – so good!
