Cookies and Cream Cinnamon Cheesecake
A delicious Cookies and Cream Cinnamon Cheesecake made with an oreo crust, a cinnamon cheesecake layer and topped with Cookies 'n Cream Cereal.

For The Crust:

For The Cheesecake:

8-ounces cream cheese, softened

stick butter
softened

powdered sugar

ground cinnamon

teaspoons
pure vanilla extract

For The Topping:

Hershey's Cookies 'n Cream Cereal

Combine the crushed oreos and melted butter in a small bowl; mix well and press onto the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.

Refrigerate until needed.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth.

With mixer on low, add powdered sugar and cinnamon; continue beating until mixture is smooth.

Add vanilla, and mix until thoroughly combined.

Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of prepared oreo crust.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Top with cereal right before serving.
