No Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Layers:

  • 1/4 cup International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee
  • 4 oz. marscapone
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp imitation rum extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping

For the Cookie Layers:

  • 1/2 cup International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee
  • Vanilla wafers

For Garnish:

  • Whipped topping
  • Cocoa

Instructions

For the Cheesecake Layers:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee, marscapone, softened cream cheese, sugar and imitation rum.
  2. Once well combined, fold in the 2 cups of whipped topping with a spatula.

For the Cookie Layers:

  1. To assemble, add a cheesecake layer to your jar then dip 5-6 vanilla wafers in 1/2 cup of International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee.
  2. Layer the dipped cookies on top of your cheesecake layer and repeat until jars are filled.

To Serve:

  1. When you are ready to serve, top jars with whipped topping and sprinkle with cocoa.
  2. While these treats can be eaten immediately, they are best after being refrigerated for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
