Hi friends! Happy Australia Day! While if you’re not Australian or have close friends who are, you may not be celebrating, but today we’re sharing something that EVERYONE can celebrate – Australia’s favorite cookie, the Tim Tam! I first discovered Tim Tams on a trip to Australia back in 2006. I flew across the pond for a 2-week course for my International MBA program and let me tell you it was the time of my life! I spent a majority of my time in Melbourne, but also visited Sydney and Cairns to go diving on the Great Barrier Reef. Hello, bucket list item!

I completely fell in love with the people, the culture…and the food! I mean there was coffee and wine on every corner and then I had my first taste of Tim Tams and I was sold! But Tim Tams are somewhat hard to find here in the US, so I did a happy dance when I found out that Cost Plus World Market now carries Tim Tams and other great Australian food! Since I was so giddy, I partnered with World Market to bring you 5 Ways to Eat a Tim Tam.

Probably my favorite Tim Tam concoction is the Tim Tam Milkshake pictured up top! We also whipped up a Tim Tam Tiramisu, some Tim Tam Fudge and if that’s not enough, some Tim Tam Brownies!
