Frozen, fruity, margarita-y so many things to love about this Pineapple Blueberry Margarita! Now I love a good classic margarita on the rocks, with salt please!! But on a hot Arizona day nothing sounds better than a frozen concoction and if you know us Arizonans you know that there is a strong love for the Margarita.
I got to thinking how can I dress up a plain ‘ole frozen margarita? Well, with some frozen fruit but of course! So I went to my freezer and grabbed two of my favorite frozen fruits, blueberries and pineapples and got to work. It took a few tries to get the quantities spot on but I’m all about quality assurance for you guys so I went ahead and took one, or two or maybe three for the team before coming up with the correct ratios!

I’ve made these for a couple of Mexican food dinner nights as well as to lounge by the pool and even to watch The Bachelorette with my my and husband. Each time my friends and family have raved about it! It’s sweet but not sugary tasting like the fruit mixes you can by at the store and it’s oh so refreshing. However, I am pretty obsessed with anything pineapple right now be it a cold drink, a delicious eat, adorable party decor or kids clothing! What is it about pineapple that just feel so tropical?
Do you love pineapple as much as I do right now? Then give this Pineapple Blueberry Margarita a try. You’ll be glad you did!
