I’m always looking for ways to enjoy my favorite sweets year-round. While cakes, cookies and cheesecake are my favorites, I can’t bear to turn the oven on when warm weather arrives. No-bake desserts are the answer to that problem.
It is also very patriotic with red and blue fruit and white cheesecake. If you’re looking for a Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day dessert that is perfect for parties and barbecues, this is it. To make it even more party friendly, I like to use either 4 or 8 ounce mason jars. You can make this a few days in advance and store the jars in the refrigerator until your party starts.

I love the fresh berries you put here, Jenny. And it’s even great because it’s a no-bake recipe. Love it!
