Can’t make it to Disneyland for Halloweentime? Enjoy the next best thing, whip up a Disneyland Bat Wing Raspberry Sundae to enjoy from the comfort of home!
First, you’re going to want to make the “bat wing” cookies. Honestly I was going for the easiest route here so I grabbed a bag of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix and followed the directions for cut out sugar cookies. While mixing, I added in black food coloring until I got the color I was looking for. I used a bat cookie cutter and cut the cookies out and baked according to the package.
Once the cookies were ready, it was time to prep the fancy ice cream bowls! I simply dipped the tops of waffle cone bowls into black candy melts and then into Halloween-themed jimmie sprinkles and let those dry.
Once the cookies and bowls are ready, you’re ready to assemble your Disneyland Bat Wing Raspberry Sundae! I popped the waffle cone into a little treat cup and filled with vanilla ice cream. I cut the bat cookies in half so that we’d basically have the wings.
Stick the cookies into the sides of your sundae.
Top with raspberry preserves and red sprinkles. And it’s ready to enjoy!
I have to admit that while I would rather be eating this AT Disneyland, it was quite a yummy treat for home! And I’m sure you know that my boys were all over it.

Disneyland, of course! I took my kids for their first visit just a few weeks ago. We stayed at the Grand Californian and had a great time for my daughter’s 4th birthday.
