Creamy Irish Coffee – a delicious blend of coffee, Irish cream, and Irish whiskey that is sure to be a hit!

Hi friends! We’re back this month with another delicious International Delight recipe! As you may know, St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner! And while we’ve been planning all things rainbows and green for the kiddos, I know plenty of adults who enjoy partaking in the holiday as well. If you’re one of those adults, this recipe is for YOU! Today we’re sharing how to make an unforgettable and easy Creamy Irish Coffee!

You only need a few ingredients to make this easy concoction – some good hot coffee, International Delight Irish Crème Café, and a little Irish whiskey! While there are many Irish Coffee recipes that call for just the coffee, whisky and whipped cream, we went a step further and added a little InDelight to the mix and it was delicious! I’m a big fan of the creamy version of the hot cocktail!

Creamy Irish Coffee

Ingredients

8 oz hot coffee
1.5 oz International Delight Irish Crème Café
1.5 oz Irish whiskey
Whipped cream
Ground nutmeg

Instructions

In a coffee mug, mix hot coffee, International Delight Irish Crème Café, and Irish whiskey.
Top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.

So easy right? You could even make our Creamy Irish Coffee even MORE festive as we head towards St. Patrick’s Day and sub the nutmeg for some green sprinkles and toss in a couple festive shamrock straws! Now it’s a party drink!
