As we’re nearing the end of the Summer and our lovely Summer vacations, I wanted to share a crazy delicious recipe with you that will help you take all your cares and worries away – a Creamy Frozen Mudslide. Seriously. Just take a sip of this baby, sit back and relax and dream of your feet in the sand and the sound of ocean waves washing all your cares away. Did that work? Ok perhaps not, but I know in the midst of all the craziness it’s sometimes nice to indulge in a little treat. And that’s just what we did when we created this easy Creamy Frozen Mudslide with International Delight Irish Creme Cafe.

Are you a fan of Mudslides? I have always had an affinity towards them. Perhaps it’s the hint of coffee and chocolate – two of my very favorite things in life! Well and then for this recipe we threw in some ice cream – have I convinced you that you want to try this yet?! I promise it’s one Creamy Frozen Mudslide that you’ll try over and over…

So here’s the breakdown: International Delight Irish Creme Cafe, Kahlua, vodka, chocolate sauce, ice cream and ice. Blend it all up into one delicious frozen beverage. Add whipped cream and sprinkles (of course) for garnish. ENJOY.

• 1 oz International Delight Irish Creme Cafe
• 1 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Chocolate syrup
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup ice
• Whipped cream opt
• Chocolate sprinkles opt

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together in blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
