These Easy Cinnamon Roll Cake Pops are a fun and easy breakfast hack!
Cinnamon Roll Cake Pops
Hi friends! This morning I’m taking a quick break from all of the holiday projects (yes, I’m still working on things!) to bring you an easy and yummy breakfast or brunch appetizer – Cinnamon Roll Cake Pops! I originally shared this idea over at I {heart} Naptime, but I wanted to share it with all of you because with all of the holiday parties, it’s something quick and easy you can throw together that looks and tastes great!
Cinnamon Roll Cake Pops Ingredients
All you need is a cake pop pan or cake pop maker and a package of cinnamon rolls!
How to Make Cinnamon Roll Cake Pops
To make the pops in a cake pop pan, spray the pan with non-stick spray. Stack two cinnamon rolls on top of each other, cinnamon topping on the inside and cut into fourths. Place each cinnamon roll section in each section of the cake pop tray. Close the cake pop tray lid and bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Scoop the icing that comes with the cinnamon roll package into a mini candy squeeze bottle, warm for a few seconds if necessary. Then “decorate” the cinnamon roll balls with the icing. Add cake pop sticks and there you have it! Perfectly cute, bite-sized, easy to make cinnamon roll cake pops!
Not much to it, but in our house and at parties, these Cinnamon Roll Cake Pops have been a huge hit!
What holiday shortcuts do you take to make things quick and easy?

This looks and sounds delicious! I never made cake pops before. I never really got the ‘fuzz’ around them, but the more cake pops I see, the more I actually like them!
Also not only do they look REALLY cute, it looks like such a clever way to eat a cake without getting your hands and whole face covered and sticky 😀
Love, Saar
Great idea…I can’t wait to try it!

Serious! Shut the Front Door! Yum!!! I need this cake pop thingy!
What a “sweet” idea! Get it? Haha! Can’t go wrong with cinnamon rolls and this is so creative and fun!
Thanks Luisa!
Hi. I gave these a trial run before my daughters baby shower. I used the mini bites and they were perfectly sized. No cottony. I am wondering… They would be easier to transport without the stick. Do you think I could put the stick in a few hours later with no problem. Then I could glaze in place and the presentation would be great. What do you think? Thanks for the great idea! Love these.
Hi Jo Ann! I would think that would be ok? If you’re laying the pops down like I have them pictured, I would think the glaze would be enough to secure them if they didn’t seem secure beforehand.
I will try. I will let you know. They are so pretty and unique, I think they will be a big hit on the dessert bar!
Definitely meant cutting! Not “cottony”!!!
So glad I discovered your blog! You are so creative!
I love food on a stick. These are great!
I love these and I REALLY love these cake pop sticks! Where did you get these? I make pie pops all the time and these would be PERFECT FOR them! Thanks for your help!!!
