Hi friends! How was your 4th of July! We took the day off, from all things work and online and just enjoyed each other. So great to do now and then, right? And today we’re back at it, sharing another one of our favorite frozen treats this Summer – these Caramel Macchiato Popsicles! I originally shared these puppies over at SNAP, but wanted to share here as well. They’re THAT good.
Now I’m a BIG coffee fan, you know that already about me, right? I mean just check out our favorite 25+ Coffee Recipes and we’ve even created coffee popsicles before. During the Summer I typically order iced coffee from Starbucks, but when I hit the “lucky dozen” you know I upgrade to a Venti Caramel Macchiato. Do it up!
So when I saw this Caramel Macchiato beverage at the store, I knew that I had to have it. It’s enjoyable! And then I thought it would make one mean popsicle. And I was right. I layered it up in true Caramel Macchiato style – I grabbed some milk and mixed with caramel coffee syrup for one layer. Then for the middle layer I mixed the caramel milk blend with the Caramel Macchiato drink. Then the final layer I simply poured in the Caramel Macchiato. And voila!
Caramel Macchiato Popsicles
Ingredients
- Starbucks Caramel Macchiato Iced Cafe Favorites or coffee
- Milk
- Caramel syrup
- Caramel sauce optional
Instructions

Pour coffee into bottom third of the popsicle mold and freeze.

Mix coffee and milk blend into second third of the popsicle mold and freeze.

Finish top third of the popsicle mold with caramel milk blend and freeze.

Top popsicle with caramel sauce (optional) and enjoy!
