Easy Blender Brazilian Cheese Bread

  • 1 1/2 cups Tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Add tapioca flour, oil, milk, egg and salt to a blender. Blend to combine.

  2. Add parmesan cheese to the batter, pulse until cheese is broken up into smaller bits and incorporated into the batter.

  3. Spoon batter into greased mini muffin pan until wells are almost full.

  4. Add mini muffin pan to preheated 400 degree oven and bake for 15-17 minutes.

  5. Remove muffin pan from oven; allow cheese bread to cool for 1-2 minutes. Serve warm.
