Easy Balsamic Bruschetta Recipe

  • Baguette slices
  • 8 oz Mozzarella pearls
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • Balsamic vinegar as needed
  • Butter as needed
  • Italian seasoning as needed


  1. Lay out your slices of baguette onto a baking sheet, cover generously with butter and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Set slices under a broiler on low until the slices are golden and toasty.
  2. Slice up your cherry tomatoes into halves, so that they're easier to stack onto the baguette slices.
  3. Once the slices are out of the oven, top them with your cherry tomato halves and mozzarella pearls.
  4. Drizzle each slice with a little balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and serve.
