Sweetheart Fudge

  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 16 oz can cream cheese frosting
  • 1 t. Bakery emulsion/vanilla
  • 1 lg bag Conversation Hearts


  1. Crush 1/4 cup of conversation hearts into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Line a 8x8" pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Place chocolate chips in 2 qt microwave safe bowl.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in microwave until melted.
  5. Heat frosting for 20-30 seconds add vanilla into frosting then pour into chocolate chips stir until blended.
  6. Pour 1/2 of fudge into pan and spread evenly then sprinkle crushed candies over fudge layer.
  7. Then pour remaining fudge over the top and smooth evenly.
  8. Place remainder of conversation hearts face side up on top of fudge and press lightly into the candy.
  9. Let harden in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  10. Cut face side down into 1" squares!
