Triple Chocolate Cookies

Chewy and soft Triple Chocolate Cookie recipe.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup good quality cocoa powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2-1/2 sticks butter softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In your mixer's bowl combine butter and sugar; with your mixer on medium-high, cream until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Add vanilla and continue to mix.
  6. Set mixer on low and gradually add in flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
  8. Using a cookie scoop, add 1 tablespoon portions to an ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are just starting to brown around the edges.
  10. Let rest for 2 minutes, then remove and let cool on a baking rack.
  11. Serve.

Recipe Notes

If you want the white chocolate chips to show on top, dot 2 or 3 white chocolate chips on top of each cookie dough right before baking.
