Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow Pops

Ingredients

  • Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
  • Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Bar
  • Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
  • Paper straws or cake pop sticks

Instructions

  1. Melt Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Bar in a bowl according to the directions on the bar.
  2. Insert half a straw or a cake pop stick into the center of a marshmallow.
  3. Dip marshmallow in Baker's chocolate until coated.
  4. Dip chocolate covered marshmallow in Baker's coconut until coated.
  5. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes until chocolate is cooled and solid.
