Dijon Agave Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green and red cabbage julienned
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1 tablespoon French's Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine French's Dijon mustard, agave red wine vinegar and olive oil in a small boil.
  2. Pour Dijon Agave dressing over julienned cabbage and carrot and toss until coated.
  3. Serve as a side or as a topper to pulled pork sliders. Delicious!
