Easy Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients

all purpose flour

baking soda
1 1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
nutmeg

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
ground cloves
2/3
cup
water

cup
oil
4
eggs
3
cups
sugar
2
cups
canned pumpkin
2
cups
chopped pecans
separated (or preferred nuts)
Instructions
Using a mixer, mix all ingredients together except for the nuts.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans (or preferred nuts) and stir until well distributed in batter.
Pour batter into greased loaf pans about half way full.
Sprinkle the tops of the loaves with remaining chopped pecans.
Bake at 350 for an hour.
Let bread cool then remove from loaf pans for serving or wrapping.
Makes 4-5 small loaves.
