First, cook up your bacon, hashbrowns and egg according to your preference.

Once the bacon, hashbrowns and egg are cooked, butter the outside of your french bread slices and place butter side down on a hot skillet.

Top each piece of bread with a slice of cheddar and a slice of colby jack cheese.

Stack the egg, hashbrowns, bacon and ham on top of cheese slices and cook until cheese is bubbly and melted.

Combine two sides of the sandwich and enjoy!
