  • Triscuit crackers
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Mozzarella cheese small rounds
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper


  1. Toss the grape tomatoes and small slices of mozzarella cheese in olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
  2. Top your Triscuit cracker with a basil leaf, a slice of mozzarella cheese, and a grape tomato.
  3. Hold secure with a toothpick or appetizer pick.
