Milk and Cookies Candy Bark Recipe

  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips about 2 cups
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Bahlsen Hit Cocoa Cookies chopped
  • Bahlsen Leibniz Minis Chocolate
  • Bahlsen Leibniz Milk Chocolate Waffle Minis


  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place chocolate chips, oil and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Heat chocolate chips on 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  4. Spread chocolate into an even layer on the prepared pan.
  5. Top with chopped Bahlsen Hit Cocoa Cookies, Bahlsen Leibniz Minis Chocolate and Bahlsen Leibniz Milk Chocolate Waffle Minis.
  6. Chill to set then break into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days.
