Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Lager Beer
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt cream cheese in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, beer, and garlic salt.
  3. Heat, stirring continually until all the cheese is melted.
  4. Pour the hot cheese mixture into a bowl for dipping.
  5. Serve with warm, soft pretzels.
