Eggnog Fudge Recipe

Course Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Eggnog
  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups White chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan add the butter, eggnog and sugar.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring consistently.

  4. Use a candy thermometer, cook until it reaches 225 degrees.

  5. Add your white chocolate and stir until melted.
  6. Add in the marshmallow creme, vanilla and nutmeg until combined and smooth.

  7. Pour into your prepared baking dish.

  8. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and set aside for 3 hours.

  9. Remove from dish and cut into 1 inch squares. Enjoy!
