Mocha Latte Frozen Yogurt

Your favorite coffee drink in the form of frozen yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk You can also use 2% or Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder or any other instant coffee powder
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and espresso powder in a medium bowl and mix with a mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in yogurt, heavy cream, and vanilla; continue to mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Turn on the ice cream maker.
  4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze it for 2 hours or until it reached desired consistency.
