Moscato Fruit Salad

Fresh fruit marinated in Moscato wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 small white peaches sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup Moscato Wine
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Bleu Cheese or Feta Cheese optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all fruit in a large mixing bowl that has a lid.
  2. Sprinkle sugar on top and gently stir in the Moscato.
  3. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Layer lettuce leaves on a large plate.
  6. Drain fruit and transfer to plate.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Serve.
