Red Wine Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

cream cheese
room temperature
1/2

butter
room temperature

C
powdered sugar
sifted

tsp
vanilla
1/4
C
red wine
2/3
C
heavy cream
chilled
red food coloring
as desired
Instructions
Whip cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until creamy. Stir in red wine.
Gradually pour in the cream and increase speed to high. Continue to whip until still peaks form.
Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
