Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries ripe
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3-4 Large Croissants
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Cut up the croissants into 1-inch cubes and spread in a casserole dish.

  2. Sprinkle the fresh blueberries on top of the croissants.

  3. With a mixer in a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar.

  4. Add the milk, vanilla and eggs to the cream cheese mixture and beat until combined.

  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and wait about 10-20 minutes for mixture to soak into the bread.

  6. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  7. Put casserole dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden.
