Sparkling Citrus Popsicles

Hi friends! Last week we shared that our Summer staple here in Arizona is popsicles! So as the weather is warming up, we’re breaking out our pop makers and getting creative with some of our favorite popsicle recipes like Sweet Tea Popsicles, Coke Float Popsicles and our Orange Julius Popsicles! They are always a huge hit – with our family and our readers! I also had a personal favorite that I shared on Cherished Bliss last year but not here – these Sparkling Citrus Popsicles!

Now if you know me, you KNOW that I love all things World Market, and one of my favorite things there is their amazing Italian Sodas! I always have some on hand, and I’ve used them in our Blood Orange Sangria, our Citrus Berry Sangria and this tasty Summer Spritzer! In fact, the Summer Spritzer was SO GOOD that I made our leftovers into these AMAZING popsicles! I honestly have to say that I enjoyed the popsicles more than the drink! Sparkling Citrus Popsicles

Ingredients

• World Market Limoncello Italian Soda
• World Market Orange Passionfruit Mango Italian Soda
• Sparkling Cider

Instructions

1. Pour together the Italian sodas and sparkling cider.
2. Let it set for a bit to let the fizz die down.
3. Pour sparkling citrus mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze.
4. Enjoy!

Simple – yet delicious! Really, they are Summer on a stick!
